Each charter comes with a skilled crew, necessary safety equipment, fuel, and standard refreshments. Certain services provide different inclusions—for example, sunset cruises come with premium refreshments and snacks, whereas corporate charters are equipped with meeting amenities and specialized catering selections.

For best availability, we suggest making reservations 2–3 weeks before your desired date, or even earlier during the high season (May–September). To ensure the possibility for personalization and securing your preferred date, planning corporate gatherings or private events should be done 4–6 weeks prior.

Your safety is our first concern. Should our captain decide that weather conditions are not safe for sailing, we will propose a new date for your charter or provide a full refund. We monitor the weather vigilantly and will reach out to you a full day ahead of your departure if the forecast is in doubt.

Certainly, personal food and drinks are allowed. Although, we can supply excellent customized catering service and create menus to fit your taste. It's important to note that for safety concerns, glass containers cannot be brought aboard.

We aim to make our services accessible to all individuals. Certain vessels are more suited to accommodate those with mobility restraints than others. We advise reaching out to us during your booking process to discuss accessibility options, and we will point you to the yacht that meets your needs and make all the necessary preparations.

If a charter is cancelled more than 72 hours prior to departure, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours in advance will result in a 50% refund. Within 24 hours of departure, cancellations are non-refundable, except in cases of unsafe weather conditions or mechanical difficulties on our end.
